Othello and Macbeth at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina on Shakespeare’s Birthday

Alexandria- As part of the BA’s celebration on the birthday of the English writer and dramatist Shakespeare, the BA Arts Center is organizing a movie program featuring Shakespeare’s works. The center will present on Sunday, 23 April 20006 Othello directed by Oliver Parker, 1999, USA. Othello directed by Tim Blake Nelson, 1999, USA will be presented on Monday, 24 April 2006. Macbeth will be shown twice on Tuesday, 25 April 2006 directed by Akira Kurosawa, 1956, Japan; and on Wednesday, 26 April 2006 directed by Roman Polanski, 1972, UK.
