Independent Music Festival II at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA)

Alexandria— Successively for the second year, the BA is organizing the Independent Music Festival II, which will start from 15 April 2006 with two concerts by consperience (Egypt) and Genticorm (Canada). The festival also features two concert by Hawadeg- first on stage- and Omar Khairat accompanied by the BA Orchestra conducted by Sherif Mohie Eldin. On Monday, 17 April 2006, a music concert by Sayed Rekaby will be held followed by German Egyptian musical meeting. Nagm masry band and Jazz trio will present a concert on Tuesday, 18 April 2006. The festival will be concluded on Wednesday, 19 April 2006 with a concert by Kitaiyoun (Lebanon) and El-Dor El-Awwal (Egypt).
