The BA Center for Strategic Studies, in collaboration with the Center for Islamic Civilization Studies and the Mediterranean Forum for Youth in Asilah- Morocco, organizes the “Egyptian–Moroccan Cultural Forum” from 28- 30 January 2026 at the BA Conference Center, Delegates Hall.
The forum will be inaugurated by Dr. Ahmed Zayed, Director of the BA, and H.E. Ambassador Dr. Mohamed Ait Ouali, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Egypt.
The forum aims to bring together youth and experts from Egypt and Morocco at the BA in an academic and intellectual dialogue that addresses the roles of culture in building bridges between official institutions and civil initiatives, and in recalling shared memory as a gesture for dialogue and cooperation. It serves as a platform for dialogue among diplomats, academics, researchers, and intellectuals from both countries, and discusses the following themes:
- Egyptian–Moroccan cultural relations.
- Culture and soft diplomacy as a means of communication.
- National identity and cultural diversity.
- The symbolic power of culture in relations between peoples.
- The role of youth in revitalizing cultural engagement.
The forum represents a milestone within a cultural approach that believes culture is not a luxury, but a shared responsibility and a living bridge linking memory to the future.
