The BA Mourns the Passing of Dr. Ali Al-Meselhy, Former Minister of Supply

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina mourns with great sorrow the passing of Dr. Ali Al-Meselhy, former Minister of Supply, who passed away on Tuesday, 12 August 2025.
On behalf of the Library’s management and staff, Dr. Ahmed Zayed, Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, extends his sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
It is worth noting that Dr. Ali Al-Meselhy served as Minister of Supply and Internal Trade in Dr. Moustafa Madbouly's first cabinet, and previously served as Chairman of the Economic Committee of the Egyptian Parliament and Minister of Social Solidarity.
