IMO Secretary-General Visits the BA

Mr. Arsenio Dominguez, Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), visited the Bibliotheca Alexandrina yesterday, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
The delegation was welcomed by Ms. Heba El Rafey, Acting Head of the BA External Relations and Media Sector, who took the guests on a tour of the Library and its various sectors, and presented the Secretary-General with a copy of the book The Photographic Memory of Cairo.
