Workshop: Women and Digital Leadership

The BA Women Studies and Social Transformation Program is organizing an intensive workshop entitled “Women and Digital Leadership” from Tuesday, 28 October to Thursday, 30 October 2025, at 11:00 am, in the Fourth Floor Floating Room – BA Main Building.
The workshop aims to enhance its female participants' capacities in the areas of digital leadership and empower them to lead digital transformation within their organizations through three days of practical and applied training.
The workshop topics include:
* Building a culture of innovation within organizations.
* Modern digital leadership tools (Design Thinking – Agile – Hackathons).
* Strategies for managing change and overcoming its resistance.
* Designing a practical Digital Roadmap.
The workshop will be delivered by certified trainer Minas Ahmed Sadek.
